Our speciality is the organisation of bespoke weddings, ensuring your wedding is unique and exactly what you want, down to the last detail. We are an independent company and not affiliated to any  hotels or tour operators therefore we can arrange pretty much any sort of Cyprus wedding package  in any venue of your choice  working closely with you to make your dream wedding day come true.

Please do not think that bespoke equals expensive - we arrange weddings to suit all budgets and party sizes, and will always try to work within your budget. We send you a detailed wedding questionnaire which gives us a good idea of your requirements. From this, we make suggestions for venues and give you outline pricing. We are more than happy to send you pictures of suggested venues. You will be allocated your own personal wedding organiser who will co-ordinate and arrange every detail of your wedding. We understand that your wedding is very important, and know that you will need to ask lots of questions in the lead up to your wedding, so we are always available to put your mind at rest either by phone or via email.

Pricing of Bespoke Cyprus Wedding Package

We send you sample plans to consider.  Once you have decided exactly what you want, we will then confirm the details in writing, together with an estimate of the total cost of the wedding. The initial price will be based on the maximum number of guests expected.  Over the months before the wedding, you may wish to make minor changes which will do our best to accommodate and we will revise the cost of the wedding accordingly. When you have final confirmed numbers, we will revise the price to reflect the actual number of guests so the original estimate may go up or down.  If you are planning your wedding more than one year ahead we may not initially be able to confirm the price of certain items as most venues do not issue their confirmed prices that far ahead, in this case we will calculate the cost based on current prices.

Wedding Packages
We offer a selection of flexible wedding packages.  If necessary a Cyprus Wedding package can be altered or upgraded to meet your requirements, if the package does not quite fit what you want.

The prices quoted below do not include the fees for the wedding ceremony itself as these vary depending upon the venue and type of wedding. A wedding licence and Town Hall civil ceremony costs €282, and a Church ceremony costs €600-€650.  Catholic couples who wish to marry in church must also by law have the civil ceremony.  All couples must purchase a wedding licence. There is an additional registrars charge for a hotel ceremony. Hotels also charge for the use of the venue, charges varies.

Our Personal Service

Whether you elect to have a bespoke Cyprus wedding  package or a package  you will always receive our full level of personal service. We are always available to answer your questions and assist you with your legal paperwork either by email or by phone. When you arrive we will meet you at your accommodation, take you to the Town Hall to apply for your marriage licence, and to the church office for your pre-wedding meeting with the Chaplain for church weddings. We will take you to the reception venue to confirm final arrangements, and you will meet our photographer to discuss your  requirements for the day. On your wedding day your personal co-ordinator will be available throughout to assist you in any way, to make sure that everything arrives in the right place at the right time, to ensure that everyone knows where to go and what to do, and that the tables are correctly decorated for your reception. Our aim is to make your wedding a completely stress free and enjoyable day for both of you.

Payment

When you supply us with your initial estimate of guest numbers we will calculate a total wedding price based upon these numbers. In the majority of cases the final confirmed numbers of guests varies from the original estimate. When you have confirmed numbers we will recalculate the price to reflect these, therefore ensuring that you only pay for guests that actually attend your wedding.

Once you have confirmed your booking with us payment of 40% of the total cost of your wedding will be due. If the wedding is a long way ahead we will accept a lower initial deposit. The outstanding balance should be paid at least 2 weeks before your wedding date.  We can accept either Sterling or Euro cheques or bank transfers.

Cancellation Policy

We reserve the right to retain monies to cover our costs and any deposits which we may have paid to venues if you cancel your wedding after you have paid a deposit.  You must send formal notification by post of the cancellation of the wedding. We will not retain payments unreasonably, and may be able to return some of the money paid if our costs have been covered. We strongly recommend that you take out wedding insurance to cover for this eventuality.
