Tailor Made Wedding Services
Our speciality is in the organisation of a bespoke weddings, so you can be sure that your wedding is unique, and exactly what you want, right down to the type of flowers in your bouquet and the colour scheme of the table decorations at your reception. As we are an independent company and not affiliated to any of the hotel companies or tour operators we can arrange pretty much any sort of wedding in any venue of your choice and will work closely with you to make your dream wedding day come true. Please do not think that bespoke equals expensive - we can arrange bespoke weddings to suit all budgets and party sizes, and will always do what we can to work within your budget. We send you a detailed wedding questionnaire which gives us a very good idea of the sort of wedding that you would like. From this, we can begin to make suggestions for venues and give you outline pricing. We are more than happy to send you pictures of suggested venues. You will be allocated your own personal wedding organiser who will co-ordinate and arrange every detail of your bespoke wedding for you. We understand that your wedding is very important to you, and fully understand that you will need to ask lots of questions in the lead up to your wedding, so we are always available to put your mind at rest either by phone or via email, whichever you prefer. We only use reputable local companies that we know and trust to ensure that all aspects of your dream wedding meet your expectations and make it a day you will remember with joy forever.

Pricing of Bespoke Wedding Packages

If you prefer to have a bespoke wedding then we will send you a detailed questionnaire to complete, this will give us a good understanding of the type of wedding that you want. If you are not sure about the venue then we are more than happy to work out a selection of plans in different venues for you to assess. Once you have decided exactly what you want, we will then confirm all the details in writing to you, together with an estimate of the total cost of the wedding. We advise you to give us the maximum number of guests that you expect to attend your wedding, and we will calculate the cost of the wedding based upon these numbers. You will then know at the outset the likely maximum cost of your wedding. Over the months leading up to the wedding, you may wish to make minor changes to your requirements which will do our best to accommodate and we will revise the cost of the wedding accordingly. When you have final confirmed numbers of guests attending the wedding, we will then revise the price to reflect the actual number of guests so the original estimate may go up or down depending upon whether the number of guests is higher or lower than the numbers you initially supplied.. Please note that if your are planning your wedding more than one year in advance we may not be able to fully confirm the price of certain items at this stage as most hotels and restuarants do not issue their confirmed prices that far ahead. In this case we will calculate the cost based on the current years prices, and add a small percentage to cater for any price increases. If however the hotel/restaurant prices do not increase, then we will revise the price downwards.

Wedding Packages
We offer a selection of flexible wedding packages for couples who prefer this method. If necessary a package can be altered or upgraded to meet your requirements, so if one of the packages below does not quite fit what you want, then please contact us and let us know how we can help.

Please note that the prices quoted below do not include the fees for the wedding ceremony itself as these vary depending upon the venue and type of wedding chosen.. A wedding licence and civil ceremony at the Town Hall costs 282 Euros, and a Church ceremony costs 600-650 Euros depending on whether the service is Anglican or Catholic. Catholic couples who wish to marry in church must also by law have the civil ceremony, this can take place either on the same day as the church ceremony or before it. All couples must purchase a wedding licence even if they are having a church wedding. There is an additional charge made by the registrar for civil ceremonies not held at one of the Town Halls - this charge varies depending upon the Town Hall used. If the couple elect to have the wedding ceremony in a local hotel, then most hotels make a charge for the use of the venue, this charge varies from hotel to hotel.

Fully decorated horse and carriage for the bride Taxi for the groom from his accommodation to the wedding venue Transportation for up to 20 guests A bridal bouquet for the bride, posy for the bridesmaid and a buttonhole or corsage for the groom and bride and grooms parents, plus floral table arrangements for the reception. Our Personal Service

Whether you elect to have a bespoke wedding or one of our standard packages you will always receive our full level of personal service. Throughout the run up to the wedding we will be available to answer all your questions and assist you with your legal paperwork either by email of over the phone. When you arrive in Cyprus we will arrange to meet you at your accommodation. We will take you to the Town Hall to apply for your marriage licence before the wedding, and if you having a church service to the church office for your pre-wedding meeting with the vicar or priest. We will also arrange a meeting at the reception venue to confirm the final arrangements for the reception, and you will meet our photographer to go through your photographic requirements for the wedding day. On the day of the wedding your personal co-ordinator will be available throughout the day to assist you in any way necessary, to make sure that everything arrives in the right place at the right time, to ensure that everyone knows where to go and what to do, and to make sure that the tables are correctly decorated for your reception. Our aim is to make your wedding day a completely stress free and enjoyable day for both of you.

Payment

When you supply us with your initial estimate of guest numbers we will calculate a total price for your wedding based upon these numbers. In the majority of cases the final confirmed numbers of guests varies from the original estimate. When you have confirmed numbers we will recalculate the price to reflect these numbers, therefore ensuring that you only pay for guests that actually attend your wedding.

Once you have confirmed your booking with us payment of 40% of the total cost of your wedding will be due for payment. If the wedding is a long way ahead we will accept a lower initial deposit if necessary. The outstanding balance should be paid at least 2 weeks before your wedding date. Payments can made by cash, bank transfer or sterling cheque through the post. Please be aware that your bank will make a charge for processing an international bank transfer, and the central clearing bank in Cyprus will deduct a fee before the money is credited to our bank account here. If you pay by sterling cheque, please allow up to 4 weeks for the cheque to clear. We have both Euro and Sterling company bank accounts. Payments received in sterling will be paid into the sterling account, this money will be converted into Euros when necessary. We try to convert money when the exchange rate is favourable but this is not always possible. Our bank will make a small commission charge for converting currency, we will inform you of the exact amount of Euros we receive after charges.

We request that any correspondence particularly cheques, are sent to our P.O. Box address rather than our office address. Buildings in Cyprus do not have letterboxes, just small mailboxes attached to the outside wall. The postmen deliver post by modped, and often throw the post by the door rather than put it in the box, so post can often go missing! The PO Box is located at the post office and is a lockable box for which we have the only key, therefore is a much more secure and reliable method of receiving post.

Cancellation Policy

If you cancel your wedding after you have paid the initial deposit or made any further staged payments we reserve the right to retain monies to cover our costs and any deposits which may have been paid to churches, hotels or restaurants to secure venue bookings. You must send formal notification by post of the cancellaton of the wedding. We will not retain payments unreasonably, and may be able to return some of the money paid if our costs have been covered. We strongly recommend that you take out wedding insurance to cover for this eventuality.
